National External Diploma Program (NEDP)The National External Diploma Program (NEDP) is a High School Diploma option for mature adults who have significant life experience and can demonstrate academic competencies and life skills. Successful participants earn a Maryland High School Diploma by developing an online portfolio which demonstrates mastery of the required skills. To enroll in the NEDP, individuals must qualify in math, reading and writing. The program is held at two PGCC sites: the Largo campus and the University Town Center in Hyattsville.
